Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Spread mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and press down.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, then cool for 45 minutes before breaking into pieces.
