A crunchy, sweet granola flavored with cinnamon and maple syrup, perfect for breakfast or snacking.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 4 C old fashioned oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 C light brown sugar
  • 1/3 C pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 C vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl.
  • Spread mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and press down.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, then cool for 45 minutes before breaking into pieces.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
