These delicious Cinnamon Roll Energy Bites are a perfect snack for a quick energy boost, combining the flavors of cinnamon and white chocolate.
Ingredients

Instructions
Mix almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, oats, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl until thick.
Drop batter onto a lined baking sheet using a mini cookie scoop.
Roll each ball to smooth edges.
Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, then drizzle over the bites.
Refrigerate for 1 hour until hardened, then store in an airtight container.
