Instructions
Whisk together the cinnamon swirl ingredients and set aside.
Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium/low heat, then pour batter and swirl cinnamon mixture on top.
Cook for 2 minutes, flip, then cook 1-2 more minutes. Repeat until batter is used.
Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over pancakes. Enjoy!
Notes
Adjust maple syrup for desired sweetness and consistency of the swirl.
