Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients, then add buttermilk, egg, and oil; stir until combined.
Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then add remaining batter and top with more sugar.
Swirl batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
