Delicious and healthy protein cupcakes with a cinnamon swirl, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Instructions
Process oats into flour using a blender or processor.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Prepare silicone cups on a baking sheet and spray with non-stick spray.
Distribute batter evenly into cups, leaving 1/4 inch space at the top.
Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 10-15 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
Notes
