Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a jar.
