Ingredients
Dry ingredients

Wet ingredients

salted sweet cream butter, melted and cooled

mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Coconut and condensed milk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and condensed milk. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra coconut flavor, toast the coconut flakes before folding into the batter.
