These delicious low-sugar energy balls combine oats, coconut, and coffee for a quick, energizing snack.
Ingredients

cocoa

corn syrup
wet ingredients

almond butter

melted coconut oil

instant coffee

water (if needed)

flaked coconut
Instructions
Mix oats, cocoa, and flaked coconut in a bowl.
Combine almond butter, melted coconut oil, and coffee in a separate bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Add water if mixture is too dry.
Form mixture into 12 small balls and place on a tray.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
