Delicious and protein-packed pancakes infused with cookie dough flavors, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Butter Extract
  • 1 large Whole Egg (or 2 Egg Whites)
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 1 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese (Fat Free or Greek Yogurt)
  • 1.5 scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet)
  • 30 grams Cookies (Chocolate Chip)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and cookies in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  • Pour batter onto pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, topping with crushed cookies and chocolate chips before flipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
