A quick and delicious protein pudding combining cottage cheese, protein powder, and a hint of chocolate chips, topped with a cookie crumble.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1 ounce Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Dry Ingredients

  • 0.125 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter (or Any Other Nut Butter)
  • 1 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Butter Extract

Add-ins

  • 0.5 tablespoon Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet)

Instructions 

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
  • Mix everything together until it’s nice and creamy
  • Top it with a crushed up cookie

Notes

For a thicker pudding, chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
