Deliciously healthy protein balls packed with the flavor of cookies and cream, perfect for a quick snack!
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

cup
vanilla protein powder
1/4
cup
coconut flour
3
tbsp
monk fruit sweetener
(or other granulated sugar of choice)
Wet Ingredients

tbsp
cream cheese
((about 3 oz))

cookies
oreo cookies, crushed
(can use gluten free)

white chocolate chips, melted
(optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, adjusting coconut flour or adding water/milk as needed.
Roll the batter into tablespoon-sized balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Optional: melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the protein balls.
Notes
For a firmer texture, add more coconut flour.
