Deliciously healthy protein balls packed with the flavor of cookies and cream, perfect for a quick snack!

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or other granulated sugar of choice)

Wet Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp cream cheese ((about 3 oz))
  • 4 cookies oreo cookies, crushed (can use gluten free)
  • 3-4 tbsp white chocolate chips, melted (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients together, adjusting coconut flour or adding water/milk as needed.
  • Roll the batter into tablespoon-sized balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Optional: melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the protein balls.

Notes

For a firmer texture, add more coconut flour.
