Enjoy these delicious and protein-packed donuts with a cookies & cream twist, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 1 Ounce Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Flour (or Oat Flour)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 9 Mini Cookies Mini Cookies

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients except cookies into a bowl and mix.
  • Pour batter into a greased donut pan.
  • Crush and evenly distribute mini cookies on top of the batter.
  • Push cookies into the batter slightly, then bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

Notes

Use a non-stick spray for easy removal and enjoy!
