Enjoy soft, buttery breadsticks reminiscent of Olive Garden's classic appetizer, perfect for sharing.

Instructions
Mix 1/4 cup warm water with yeast; let sit 5 min until foamy.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, butter, and yeast mixture; add remaining water and mix into a sticky dough.
Knead in additional flour until soft and smooth; divide into two logs, cut into 16 pieces, and roll into 7-inch sticks.
Arrange on parchment-lined sheet, cover, and let rise 45 min.
Preheat oven to 204°C. Brush breadsticks with half the melted butter, bake 12-15 min until golden.
Remove from oven, brush with remaining butter, and sprinkle topping mixture.
Notes
For best results, brush with melted butter immediately after baking for extra flavor.
