Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 small apple, grated

For cooking

Instructions 

  • Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
