A creamy, spicy dip perfect for parties or snacks, combining cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and shredded chicken for a flavorful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Cottage Cheese (Fat Free, Reduced Fat, or Full Fat)
  • 3 ounces Buffalo Sauce (Low Sodium Preferred)
  • 1.5 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Mix (Low Sodium Preferred)
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese (or Other Cheese) (Make sure it complements the Buffalo)
  • 10 ounces Chicken (Cooked, Rotisserie or Canned)

Instructions 

  • Process or blend your Cottage Cheese, Buffalo Sauce, and Ranch Seasoning Mix together until smooth
  • Mix in your Cheddar Cheese and Chicken (shred or chop it up)

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more buffalo sauce or hot sauce.
