Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 2 Tbsps Olive oil (plus extra for cooking)

Instructions 

  • Mix cottage cheese, flour, egg, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  • Let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes, then divide into small portions.
  • Flatten each portion into a circle and cook in a greased skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Stack cooked flatbreads under a towel to keep warm.
  • Serve warm with dips, soups, or as a snack.
