Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Instructions 

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Mix melted chocolate and vanilla into the blended cottage cheese.
  • Pour into a parchment-lined pan and smooth out.
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm, then cut into squares.

Notes

For a smoother fudge, add extra coconut oil during melting.
