A creamy, chocolatey treat made with cottage cheese for a protein boost and smooth texture.
Ingredients

coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Mix melted chocolate and vanilla into the blended cottage cheese.
Pour into a parchment-lined pan and smooth out.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm, then cut into squares.
Notes
For a smoother fudge, add extra coconut oil during melting.
