These protein-packed brownies are a healthy and delicious treat, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while fueling your body.

Ingredients

Dairy & Eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs eggs

Dry Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • cup sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or your preferred choice)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Add-ins

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free or regular)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment or grease lightly.
  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture. Add chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
  • Pour batter into dish, sprinkle remaining chips on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend cottage cheese thoroughly before mixing.
