Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 10 oz tuna, drained
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese small curd or whipped
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Add tuna, celery, red onion, and herbs; stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill for 20-30 minutes before serving.
