Enjoy fluffy, protein-packed waffles made with oats and cottage cheese for a nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

rolled oats

cottage cheese

vanilla extract
Instructions
Pulse oats in a food processor until fine.
Add eggs, cottage cheese, vanilla; blend until combined. Rest for 5–10 mins.
Preheat waffle iron, spray with cooking spray.
Pour ⅓ cup batter, cook 5–6 mins until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve warm with fruit and syrup.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
