  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional

Instructions 

  • Divide cottage cheese evenly into two bowls.
  • Top with mixed berries.
  • Sprinkle seeds and almonds over berries.
  • Drizzle with honey or syrup and dust with cinnamon.
  • Serve immediately.
