Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook diced potatoes in 1 tbsp olive oil for 15 minutes until crispy.
Push potatoes aside, cook onions for 3 minutes, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Add garlic and seasonings, then pour in beef broth.
Mix everything, top with cheese, and bake for 10 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
