  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Can be replaced with more cream of mushroom or a homemade equivalent.)
  • 1 cup Milk (Dairy-free alternatives, like almond or oat milk, can be used.)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (Plain Greek yogurt can be a lighter substitute.)
  • 1 cup Water (Adjust as per your preference.)
  • 2 cups Minute Rice (Substitute with other quick-cooking varieties.)

  • 1 cup Cheese (Add your favorite cheese, like cheddar or mozzarella.)
  • 1 cup Sautéed Vegetables (Options like broccoli, peas, or carrots for nutrition.)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix all ingredients except cheese and vegetables in a large bowl.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle cheese and sautéed vegetables on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
