Instructions
Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit until foamy (5-10 min). Add eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, orange zest, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt; knead 10 min.
Let dough rise in oiled bowl, covered, for 1.5 hours until doubled.
Cook cranberries, sugar, orange zest, lemon juice, and pomegranate juice; boil 3 min, simmer 15-20 min until thickened. Remove from heat, add butter, cool.
Roll out dough into 12x18 inch rectangle, spread cranberry filling, roll into log, cut into 1-inch slices, place in pan. Let rise 20-30 min.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 min. Mix powdered sugar, orange juice, melted butter, and orange zest for glaze.
Notes
Ensure cranberries are fully cooled before spreading to prevent sogginess.
