1/2cuppecans
1/2cupmacadamia nuts
1/2cupalmonds
1/2cupwalnuts
1/2cupdark brown sugar
1/3cuphoney
3/4Teaspoonsalt
1/2Tablespoonvanilla
1/2Tablespoonorange zest or lemon zest
1/2cupvegetable oil

1cupdried cranberries
1Tablespooncinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Mix oats and nuts in a large bowl. In a saucepan, heat brown sugar, honey, salt, vanilla, orange zest, cinnamon, and oil until boiling, then pour over dry ingredients and stir.
Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Cool completely on a wire rack. Stir in dried cranberries before storing.
