A deliciously moist cake with a creamy cheese center and a sweet cinnamon crumb topping, perfect for any occasion.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla separately, then combine.
Add dry ingredients to batter, spread into pan, then prepare crumble and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
