Ingredients

Dough and Filling

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounces)
  • cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (or light brown/white sugar)
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter, softened or melted

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla separately, then combine.
  • Add dry ingredients to batter, spread into pan, then prepare crumble and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
