Instructions
Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, then slice.
Add butter and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until combined and heated through.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and broccoli in the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
