Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts

Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Dairy & Oils

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Garlic powder

Garnish

  • to taste Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, then slice.
  • Add butter and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until combined and heated through.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  • Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and broccoli in the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
