A comforting and easy-to-make casserole combining tender chicken, creamy soups, and rice for a satisfying meal.

Lipton Onion soup mix

cream of mushroom soup

cream of chicken soup

milk

sour cream

water

minute rice
(uncooked)
to taste
salt/pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix chicken, onion soup, soups, milk, sour cream, water, rice, salt, and pepper.
Pour into a sprayed 9x13 pan, cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake 15 more minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, stir in extra sour cream before baking.
