Instructions
Activate yeast: Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, wait 5-10 min until frothy.
Mix yogurt, olive oil, and salt into yeast mixture until smooth.
Stir in flour and parsley to form a dough; knead for 3-4 min until silky.
Divide dough into 10 portions; let rest under towel for 15 min.
Roll each portion into 7-inch circles; cook in a heated pan, brushing with oil, until golden and bubbly, about 1-1.5 min per side.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
