Instructions
Cook chicken in olive oil until golden, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and broccoli for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 2-3 minutes.
Whisk in heavy cream and Italian seasoning; simmer 2 minutes until thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer 3 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
