A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

mushrooms, sliced

heavy cream

chicken broth

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken until done. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet, then add mushrooms and cook until softened.
Pour in chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for a few minutes.
Garnish with thyme and parsley before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use fresh Parmesan and thyme.
