A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

boneless chicken breasts
(approx. 500g)
Vegetables

cremini mushrooms
(sliced)

cloves
garlic
(minced)

heavy cream
Broth
1

low-sodium chicken broth
Herbs & Seasonings

fresh thyme
(chopped)
to taste
Salt and pepper
Garnish

fresh parsley
(chopped, for garnish)

Instructions
Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden (5-7 min per side). Remove and set aside.
Sauté mushrooms and garlic for 3-4 min until softened.
Add heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer 5 min until thickened. Return chicken and cook 5 more min.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine during sautéing.
