Instructions
Slice chicken breasts, season with salt & pepper, and dredge in flour.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
Melt butter, cook mushrooms with Italian seasoning until browned, then remove.
Add garlic, broth, lemon juice, and mustard; simmer until reduced by half.
Stir in cream, add chicken and mushrooms, cook until heated through and sauce thickens. Season as needed.
