  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • extra coconut milk or heavy cream, for drizzling

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil and sauté onion until softened.
  • Add garlic and spices, cook for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in pumpkin, coconut milk, and stock; simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Blend until smooth and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve garnished with cilantro and a drizzle of coconut milk or cream.
