Indulge in this rich and flavorful creamy steak pasta, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 2 pieces strip steaks (your favorite cut)
  • to taste Steak seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded or grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 3/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 16 oz pasta rigatoni or your favorite type

Instructions 

  • Season steaks with steak seasoning and cook in olive oil until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, and sun dried tomatoes. Cook until sauce thickens.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Toss pasta with sauce and sliced steak. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or additional Parmesan cheese.
