A quick and delicious pasta dish featuring a creamy tomato sauce infused with garlic and fresh basil.
Ingredients

spaghetti or fettuccine

ripe tomatoes (diced)

heavy cream

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until golden.
Add diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cook until heated through.
Toss cooked pasta with sauce and garnish with basil.
