Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 100 ml granulated sugar
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml heavy cream

Fillings & Toppings

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Banana slices
  • Ground pistachios
  • Melted milk chocolate
  • Melted white chocolate

Instructions 

  • Mix milk, eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla to make the crepe batter.
  • Cook thin crepes on a non-stick pan until golden, then set aside.
  • Fill crepes with whipped cream, strawberries, bananas, and pistachios, then roll up.
  • Drizzle with melted milk and white chocolates before serving.
