This crispy coating mix is perfect for making flavorful fried chicken with a crunchy exterior and tender inside.
Ingredients

Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Prepare chicken by cleaning and drying; optionally marinate.
Dip chicken in wet marinade, then coat thoroughly with dry mix.
Let coated chicken rest a few minutes for better adhesion.
Heat oil to 170–180°C and fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 8–15 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
