Enjoy these crunchy, flavorful chicken strips coated with coconut for a tropical twist.

(Trimmed and cut into strips)
Instructions
Set out 3 bowls.
Mix egg and melted coconut oil in one bowl.
Place coconut flour in second bowl.
Put coconut flakes in third bowl.
Cut chicken into strips.
Dunk chicken strips in coconut flour, then egg mixture, then coconut flakes.
Arrange on baking sheet and bake at 400°F (204°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat the chicken strips.
