Instructions
Prepare ingredients: mince garlic, slice green onions, measure honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Cool cooked rice if hot.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until crispy edges form, then drain excess fat.
Add garlic to beef, cook until fragrant, then stir in sauce mixture and cook until thickened.
Add rice to skillet, crisp the bottom, then mix with beef and sauce. Top with green onions and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, let the rice sit undisturbed before flipping.
