Instructions
Place chicken breasts and mixed vegetables into the crockpot.
Add cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook on low for 4 hours until chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cook for an additional 10 minutes until melted.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
