A fresh and flavorful tuna salad perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner, packed with zesty lemon and herbs.

Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 2 cans albacore tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, red onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
