Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 2 cup sugar
  • 1 4 cup milk
  • 1 4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg

Leavening agents

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 4 teaspoon salt

Blueberries

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Combine wet ingredients: Greek yogurt, sugar, milk, oil, and egg.
  • Gradually add wet to dry, stirring until just combined, then fold in blueberries.
  • Divide batter among muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool muffins briefly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sugar on top before baking.
