Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures until well blended, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Press mixture into the prepared dish evenly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, cool, then cut into bars.
