Instructions
Pound chicken to even thickness and pat dry.
Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl. Whisk eggs and milk separately.
Dip chicken in flour mixture, then egg wash, then flour again. Fry in hot oil at 350°F for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Simmer honey, soy sauce, and vinegar for 2–3 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
Drizzle honey glaze over chicken and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure oil temperature is correct for crispy coating. Adjust spice level with cayenne if desired.
