These soft, fluffy dinner rolls come together quickly, perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.
Ingredients
Dough

warm water

cup
sugar

active dry yeast

vegetable oil

large egg
lightly beaten egg

all-purpose flour

Instructions
Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
Stir in oil and beaten egg.
Add flour and salt gradually; knead until smooth.
Divide dough into 15 pieces, shape into rolls, and place on a greased sheet.
Let rise for 10 minutes, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
For softer rolls, brush with butter after baking.
