Ingredients

Dough

  • 180 ml water
  • 3 g active dry yeast
  • 10 g white sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 5 g salt
  • 15 g olive oil

Garnish

  • Freshly chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix water, yeast, and sugar until combined.
  • Add flour and salt, then knead until smooth and elastic.
  • Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • Divide dough into 4 balls, flatten each into 7-inch circles.
  • Cook each flatbread on a hot pan until golden and bubbly, flipping as needed.
  • Brush with olive oil, garnish with green onions, and serve.

Notes
