A quick and delicious overnight oats recipe featuring almond butter and vanilla for a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

Oats and Seeds

  • 0.5 cup old fashioned oats
  • 0.5 tbsp chia seeds

Liquid

  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions 

  • Mix oats and chia seeds in a jar or bowl.
  • Stir in milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Add almond butter and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, stir well and top with extra almond butter and sliced almonds if desired.

Notes

For added crunch, top with sliced almonds before serving.
