  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (prevents browning of apple slices)
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon (enhances flavors with warm spice)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds adds crunch and healthy fats)
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds or flaxseeds (boosts fiber and omega-3s)

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey, stirring until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice to apple slices to prevent browning, then layer slices on top of the yogurt mixture.
