A quick and flavorful one-pan meal combining seasoned beef, beans, and cheese, topped with sour cream and green onions.

Tortillas

soft flour tortillas, sliced into 1-inch strips

Instructions
Brown the beef in a large skillet until no longer pink, then drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, water, salsa, and beans; cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
Stir in tortilla strips, then sprinkle with cheese and let melt off heat.
Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or chopped cilantro.
